Here’s what to expect once your order is placed:

You will receive an order confirmation email.

Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number. Please allow up to 7 days for processing and up to 15 days to receive your order once your have received your shipping confirmation. Please click “Track” within the email to receive the most up-to-date shipping information.

Once you receive your order confirmation Sunraeze is no longer responsible for you order. If it shows ”Unsuccessful Delivery” contact the courier as soon as possible and pick it up there. If you order is lost please reach out the courier to get this issue handles immediately. 

Sunraeze is also not responsible for stolen items so please make sure you are getting your packages delivered to a secured address.

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

Please note that due to the current COVID situation around the world, shipping times may be delayed. There is also a possibility that we will not be able to ship to certain countries at all. Situation changes on a daily basis and unfortunately we are unable to influence it.
